My Best Girls (fmf)

I’m on the road. Posting from my phone. Participating in the Five Minute Friday community today because…

It is time. It is time to get back on the horse. ┬áToday’s prompt is team and I am on the road with my best girls and we have been a team this week.

We climbed the side of a mountain together, cheering each other on. I wasn’t sure my body would be a team player. My youngest daughter stuck with me. “Just breathe deep and walk steady. ” she kept telling me. I had called the praying teams before hand to lift me up. And when we came down my hip was pretty much in the same shape as when I started. So thankful.

And the team at home. Well they will make sure the bull gets butchered, the machinery gets ready and the boys get home from camp.

We all do what we can. Today, my best girls and I will wend our way down out of the mountains and join the rest of the team on the farm.

I love this team I am a part of.

About Lani

With six kids, a farm, a ministry and dreams poking out in every direction I need plenty of grace to keep all the balls in the air. The sweet thing is that when I drop them, that crazy grace of God is there telling me I'm still okay...and you are, too...welcome to this place of grace.

Breathe deep, walk steady. Very Christian, and very Zen. As one who is both, I appreciate this.
